As the host of BUILD IT BIGGER, Danny Forster, sometimes suspended hundreds of feet in the air, or wedged beside a
stone crusher a hundred feet below the ground, gives Discovery Channel viewers a closer look at some of the world's
largest engineering projects.
Danny is no stranger to the road less traveled, and does not always follow the predictable path. Danny moved to
New York City after graduating from Wesleyan University in 1999 with a B.A. in architectural history to pursue a
dual career as a stand-up comedian and real estate broker. During this time, he launched Urban Filter, an Internet
site that helped recent graduates find apartments in major cities, which he later sold.
At each job site on BUILD IT BIGGER, Danny gives viewers the behind-the-scenes perspective by lending a hand,
kidding around, and asking anyone he can about the big ideas and the tiny details that comprise some of the most
incredible building projects ever attempted.
Danny, in between filming unbelievable adventures with the Discovery Channel, has completed his master's degree
in architecture at the Harvard University Graduate School of Design. He has also opened his own architecture firm,
dkfARCHITECTURE.
